influence by: graffiti, street art, punk, metal (Death, Black, brutal)
violation, sexual harassment, aggression and crime.

:: How to join ?

1.Send us a note with title "JOIN"
2.Put ne-o crime icon in your journal by type : iconne-ocrime : without space.
3.Watch the club

everyone can join the club, if you are not invite by the club,and you wish to join the club,  
you will be in the lowest rank and you have to get promotion by yourself.
If you are invited, you will get promotion automatically, depend on quality of your gallery.
